Ingredients
1 pound large pre-cooked shrimp, shelled* and de-veined
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1 1/2 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
1 Tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
Thaw the shrimp in a bowl of cool water. In a large pan, melt the butter and olive oil over medium-low heat. Add the garlic. Saute for 1 minute. Be careful, the garlic burns easily! Add the shrimp, salt, and pepper and saute until the shrimp are warmed through, about 5 minutes, stirring often. Remove from the heat, add the parsley and lemon juice. Toss to combine.
Serve with linguine or spaghetti squash.
