My highschooler often makes these around 10:00 at night when she needs a break from homework. With habits like that, you'd think she was in college.

Ingredients
- 3 cups wheat Chex
- 3 cups corn Chex
- 3 cups rice Chex
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate chips, peanut butter, and vanilla in a small saucepan (or use the microwave), stirring frequently. Be careful not to scorch it.
- Measure out the three varieties of Chex cereals into a very large bowl.
- When the sauce is completely melted and well mixed, remove from the stove and pour over the cereal mix. Gently stir the ingredients together using more of a folding motion than a stir. You don't want to break the cereal into little pieces.
- When the pieces seem to be fairly evenly coated with the chocolate, add the powdered sugar and stir gently as before.
