Ingredients
5oz grilled chicken breast, cubed
Half of a granny smith apple
1/4 cup of walnuts
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1/4 cup of mayo
(In place of the may you may use smashed avocado with enough coconut milk to make it a smooth consistency, but not runny.)
Instructions
Dice the apple and put in a bowl with the chicken, walnuts, and green onions. Stir in the mayo. Place a few tablespoons along the spine of a lettuce leaf and wrap up like a burrito.
